MODEL UV40 Please read these instructions carefully before using this product IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. This portable lamp has a polarized attachment plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet. Only one way, if the plug doesn’t fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still doesn’t fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully insert. Don’t attempt to defeat this safety feature, don’t alter the plug. Please mount the unit on wall surface. This unit is used for recreational illumination for house. 2. Dry locations use only. 3. To reduce risk of fire, replace lamp only with 40W(Max.) T8 tube. 4. Hot surface, keep away from curtains and other combustible materials. WARNING: 1. To reduce risk of fire and electric shock, don’t cover the unit when it is in use. 2. The unit is not a toy, keep out of children’s reach. 3. The unit will get hot during use. Do not conceal power supply cord (or power supply) inside a wall, ceiling, softfit, kitchen cabinet, or similar permanent structure. 8. Do not run the power supply cord through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors.
