and observe the following safety precautions
and warnings. Careless or improper use of the
unit may cause serious or fatal injury.
Read, understand and follow all warnings and
instructions in this manual and on the unit.
One-handed usage not permitted. While cutting,
hold saw firmly with both hands with thumb
firmly locked around front handle.
Always wear eye, head and ear protectors when
using this unit.
The saw is specially designed for tree service
and therefore shall be used by trained opera-
tors only, in off-ground work in trees.
Warning, kickback danger. Be careful sudden
and accidental upward and/or backward mo-
tion of the guide bar.
It is important that you wear the protective clothing
for feet, legs, hands and fore-arms.
Before using your machine
Read the manual carefully.
Check that the cutting equipment is correctly assembled and adjusted.
Start the unit and check the carburetor adjustment. See "Maintenance".
